What: Seminar and Discussion with Nutritionist Lisa Richardson
Whether you provide regular child care, occasional babysitting, or advice upon request, discussing your grandchildren's nutrition can be a tricky topic! Every family's eating and nutrition habits are different - so lets talk about what's normal, what's common and how we can help our adult children and grandchildren develop and encourage nutritious habits and plans to get through any tricky eating seasons.
Guest Speaker Lisa Richardson is the Owner and lead nutritionist at Carolina Family Nutrition, based in Chapel HIll, NC.
Carolina Family Nutrition provides practical nutrition, mealtime, and eating support through interactive classes, coaching, and individual consultation. Just like your trusted family physician, we help you sort out fact from fiction and feel confident that you are taking care of your health and your family's well-being. Lisa teaches, coaches, and offers support via web and email interfaces with all of her clients. Read more about LIsa on we website - www.carolinafamilynutrition.com.
