Q. Who leads the groups?

Our TAPS Groups Leaders are dedicated volunteers who are committed to serving, facilitating, and leading your groups. While many of our leaders have been through a TAPS Group before, it's not mandatory to become a TAPS Group Leader.

All TAPS Group Leaders are background checked, trained, supervised, and evaluated during the course of the TAPS group experience so that we can ensure we are providing the best possible program for parents in the Triangle.

Please note that TAPS Group Leaders are NOT experts and are not expected to be experts. We train our leaders to facilitate conversations, ask questions, and listen so that groups can develop their own group wisdom and build trust in each other.
